GARS Summer Field Day 2025 happened June 28-29th. We were more Radio-Active!
After submitting the results to the ARRL, our preliminary total score is 3,076. Not bad considering we did not optimize for points but for getting as many people on the air as possible.
We had several new hams and hopefully future hams make their first contacts this year. Several folks got to experience their first pile up. That was fun to watch and was worth more than all the points we could earn. (From Terry Gordon, K4TMG, GARS president - edited)
